永凝液DPS與傳統防水材料在路橋防水保護的比較

【摘 要】文中針對傳統防水材料在橋面防水保護的欠缺,及其橋面混凝土結構的常見病害提出在橋面防水材料選擇上應滿足抗滲、抗氯離子、抗壓、耐高溫、粘結性五點要求,以滿足混凝土的使用壽命和耐久性,并闡述了采用水性滲透結晶型防水材料應用在橋面防水的依據及客觀效果,為今后路橋的防水防護提供較為優化的選擇。

1. Commo diseases of road ad Bridge Egieerig
Today, with the costructio of Expressway ad high-speed railway i full swig, the bridge deck waterproof has bee paid more ad more attetio by the ower. Over the years, there are may disadvatages that ca ot be igored i the traditioal waterproof materials used i may bridge deck waterproof projects, resultig i high maiteace costs ad structural damage. The commo diseases of reiforced cocrete structure i road ad bridge egieerig iclude crack, peelig, peelig, hoeycomb, water leakage, exposed reiforcemet, reiforcemet corrosio, isufficiet bearig capacity, etc. the root cause of these diseases is the lack of material durability, that is,材料的性能退化。
鋼筋混凝土結構是以水泥水化產物為黏結劑,與一定級配的骨料或其他惰性材料與鋼筋結合而成的復合材料。在這種復合結構中,鋼筋提供結構的抗拉強度,而混凝土提供鋼筋的抗壓強度和保護。因此,鋼筋混凝土的材料性能退化還包括混凝土的性能退化和鋼筋在混凝土中的腐蝕?;炷列阅芰踊侵赣捎谖锢碓驅е碌幕炷列阅芰踊?,
混凝土使用過程中周圍環境的化學和生物效應,使混凝土中的某些成分發生反應和變性、溶解和沉淀、晶體膨脹和基體開裂等?;炷恋牧踊饕ㄌ蓟ㄖ泻停?、溶解腐蝕、,堿骨料反應(AAR)、腐蝕介質腐蝕、凍融損傷、混凝土裂縫等?;炷恋牧踊粌H直接降低了混凝土的性能,而且加速了混凝土中鋼筋的腐蝕。
